New restaurant this area. Went here and tried their Bun Bo Hue. Imo, this is the best bun bo around this area. The aroma of lemongrass is amazing. Forgot to take picture since I was so hungry. Will definitely come back soon to try their pho.

Really new spot so I wanted to try it for the first time. The staff was welcoming and the place is very clean with comfy chairs. Ordered the spring rolls with shrimp (goi cuon tom). Wrapped very well and good. Bun Bo hue, now this is the best broth I've had in the city without having to drive to bellaire. You can see the deep richness in the broths color. Love the touch of diced lemongrass in the broth. Spice level is good for all folks as a good starting off point. You can ask for more chilis as I like mine super spicy but this was a good level of spice I think will cater to the majority of folks that don't eat as spicy. Forgot to take a picture before I ate into it but was too excited. They're doing a spin the wheel for a few prizes for their grand opening so get there before that ends. I'll definitely be back to try their pho and other dishes as well.
